All SMS communications are sent only after you provide explicit opt-in consent through our website form.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You have the right to stop receiving text messages from Arlene's All-In Lounge at any time. Here is how:

To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from Arlene's All-In Lounge. Your request will be processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation message.

Carrier Responsibility: Your wireless carrier is not responsible for the content, delivery, or any actions taken as a result of any messages sent or received through our SMS program.

If you have questions about charges on your phone bill, please contact your wireless carrier directly.
